Actor Disha Patani is all set to be seen in one of the most anticipated films of the year, Salman Khan’s Bharat. While the makers are yet to unveil her look in the film, a throwback video of Disha Patani giving one of her first auditions -- the video is from seven years ago -- has gone viral on the web. The actor can be seen holding a white board in her hands with her details written over it. It mentions her age (19) and height (5’8.5’’) during the time of the audition.
Dressed in a white vest and denim shorts paired with green gladiators and her hair neatly tied in a ponytail, Disha can be seen auditioning for the role with confidence. The Baaghi actor can be seen showing her side and front profiles before she tries to sell a face cream brand. The actor goes on to enact the same scene a number of times can be seen effortlessly smiling and acting in front of the camera.
Twitter was surprised by the transformation in Disha and many commented on her looks. Many said that the actor looked unrecognisable in the throwback video.
Disha made her Bollywood debut with Sushant Singh Rajput’s MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. She went on to star opposite her rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff in Baaghi 2 and the two were also seen together in the music video Befikra. The actors recently made a joint appearance at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s wedding reception ‘Mangal Parv’ on Sunday. While Disha looked stunning in a white sari, Tiger was a contrast in blue.
The actor will now be seen in Salman Khan’s Bharat and has shared videos of her prep for the film on Instagram. Disha will reportedly be playing a trapeze artist in the film which also stars Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Sunil Grover. It is the big Eid release of the year and is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 5.
