A disgusting duo are alleged to have made ‘sexual gestures’ before trying to jump into a woman’s car after one of them pretended to be injured.
The woman was making her way out of Castlebar, Co Mayo in the early hours of Sunday morning when the two men apparently tried to get into her car after they spotted her.
She first saw the men at around 6.20am, outside the Breaffy church, as she was driving to drop her son off at work.

On her way home shortly after, the men are said to have targeted her.
One pretended to be injured in the hopes of making the woman stop her car, while the other man then allegedly tried to force entry into the vehicle.
She began to beep the horn frantically before forcing the car past the men, while the men continued "laughing" and "making sexual gestures".
She said, "6.20 am, on my way into Castlebar, dropping my son to work, there were two men who had put a traffic cone in the middle of the road and had stopped a car. One was holding himself, as though injured. Five minutes later as I was coming out of Castlebar, just outside Breaffy church, they did the same thing and stopped me.
"One pretended to be injured and blocked the front of my car while the other tried to open my drivers door. I started beeping frantically and then they started laughing and making sexual gestures."
She highlighted how she wasn't even out of sight before she saw that "they had stopped another car."
Members of the public have expressed their distress at the situation, offering sympathies to the victim while condemning the two men.
One person said, "That is a despicable act by these thugs, just no other word to describe them. Very scary situation."
Another wrote, "That's scary, I'd of drove over them with pure fear, I hope the guards do something about it. Can't be terrorising people like that."
A spokeswoman for gardai told Galway Beo: "Gardai received a report of an alleged incident on Breaffy Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo at approximately 7.10am on Sunday 3rd July 2022 and conducted enquiries. No offences were disclosed."
