Diogo Jota 's Liverpool masterclass in their 2-0 win at Arsenal prompted lavish praise from around the dressing room.
Jota's superb display sent the Reds through to the Carabao Cup final to face Chelsea next month, prompting his manager and teammates to laud his performance.
Manager Klopp hailed Jota as "world class" - a sentiment echoed by Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk in their post-match interviews.
"We scored two wonderful goals, Jota on fire," Klopp said. "We were completely convinced when he arrived at the club he would help us massively.
"Since he is here he has made another step, he has turned into a really world class striker."
Meanwhile, Trent Alexander Arnold - who was equally brilliant on the night - added to Sky Sports: "Jota's first goal was outstanding and so was the second.

"He is a world class player in the best form at the club so far, hopefully more goals from him. Hopefully we can win the final."
And Jota's plaudits become three when Virgil van Dijk told BBC Radio 5 Live: "Jota is already a fantastic player, the numbers speak for themselves.
"He is very important, he has shown it from last year and a difficult striker/winger to play against. I know it from training. He has stepped up tonight again.
"He took the second goal fanatically well, a great ball form Trent and it put relief in the team. If it was 1-0 in the last 10 minutes it might have been tricky. We controlled the game overall and did not have massive chances."
Van Dijk went on to say: "I don't feel like it is a statement but it was a good performance and have shown it throughout the season.
"We played very well, controlled the game and stayed calm and cool. We survived the storm especially with the fans behind them. Totally deserve going to Wembley."
Klopp's last domestic cup final came in his first season six years ago, making the result in north London even sweeter.
"The mood in the dressing room at the moment is... yeah," beamed the Reds boss. "We are over the moon at the moment.
"It was a difficult game, a difficult time for us in general. We just happy to get through this. We tried everything to get through that.
"The boys made tonight against a really tough Arsenal side, it was absolutely exceptional. The start I think was so important, both times.
"First half Arsenal was lively, the crowd was there, we calmed it down, played good football, played in and around the formation, created plenty. Second half was pretty similar.
"The first goal was super play, the second one I don't think many people in the stadium saw Jota in that position, but Trent saw it, which was helpful. He finished it off, absolutely outstanding."
