Liverpool star Diogo Jota admitted he had doubts about whether or not he was onside when he scored against Nottingham Forest.
Jota snuck in at the back post with a neat finish on 78 minutes to give Liverpool a hard-earned lead at the City Ground. There were mass appeals for offside, but the goal was allowed to stand by VAR.
Speaking to ITV Sport after the match, Jota admitted it he had his doubts. "Yeah I thought it was tight," he said. "I always trust myself to be onside, but you never know."

The forward was also full of praise for Forest, who put in a battling performance that ought to be replicated in the Premier League in years to come.
"Obviously it was a tough game, they are a great team. They play with a lot of intensity, they gave us a proper fight, but in the end I think we deserved to go through.
"They have one big chance from the cross, they gave us a really big challenge here tonight, their fans were outstanding. It was a really tough game but we are now into the semi final.
