Dinamo boss in defiant 'we should've won' Celtic message

The manager of Dinamo Zagreb insists that only one team looked like winning tonight's Champions League tie with Celtic - and it wasn't Brendan Rodgers' team.

Nenad Bjelica was adamant when speaks to the press post-match that the Croatians were deserving of all three league phase points in Zagreb.

The Scottish Premiership champions failed to find the breakthrough despite dominating the ball for the majority of the game, with 68 percent possession.

The stalemate seemed to be an opportunity missed for both teams, although was undoubtedly a better point for the visitors given their next two games include a home tie against bottom-of-the-pile Young Boys, whereas Dinamo has to play Arsenal and AC Milan.

Bjelica said: "My boys played a great game today. They achieved everything I asked of them, we didn't allow anything to the opponent.

"We had a very good chance from Pjaca, two shots from Baturina, so if anyone should have won, it was us.

"Rog and Kacavenda did a great job in the middle, neither of them are defensive midfielders, but they did a perfect job in defence. They also brought some momentum forward when they could."
