Dillian Whyte is in "nuts condition" after burying himself away in Portugal to prepare for his world title fight with Tyson Fury.
Little has been heard from Whyte in the build-up to the fight as the interim champion has avoided promoting the fight to concentrate on his preparations. 'The Bodysnatcher' finally addressed the world title clash this week on social media and took part in a media conference call to discuss the bout.
His opponent Fury has promised to "shock" fans with his appearance at the weigh-in for the fight, but Whyte has also been backed to enter the ring in peak physical condition.
Whyte reposted an Instagram story from Spencer Fearon, head of the MTK Global foundation, that read: "[Dillian Whyte] in nuts condition mentally and physically," followed by the hashtag "new champ".

Whyte has waited over 1,000 days but will finally get the chance to become a heavyweight champion when he walks to the ring in front of 94,000 fans at Wembley next week. The 34-year-old feels many people are discrediting his role in the fight selling a record number of tickets.
"It's not the Tyson Fury show, his fights with Deontay Wider didn't sell out, it's not just the Tyson Fury show," he told reporters. "This show sold out because of me and Tyson Fury. It's the Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte show.
'When these guys are trying to mug me off and treat me like it's the Tyson Fury show, they needed to get things corrected. Once things were corrected... I'm a professional at the end of the day and here I am."
"I'm a warrior and a survivor, I don't dance to no-one's tune. We can dance together but it can't be one-way traffic. I'm a disciplined guy, I've learned to be disciplined over the years. You want me to do things? Cool, but I'm a professional."
Whyte is a considerable underdog heading into the fight, which has come as no surprise to the 34-year-old. He explained that even his closest family and friends have written him off his entire life.
"I've been counted out my whole life," he added. "I've been counted out by people close to me, family members and friends, these ain't nothing new to me. This isn't new territory, you all know my life story. What I've been through and where I come from."
