Leeds United loanee Diego Llorente has wished Whites fans all the best as he exits Elland Road for a season-long loan spell with Serie A outfit AS Roma.
The move sees him reunited with manager Jose Mourinho who he played under while at Real Madrid, with 'The Special One' giving the 29-year-old his senior debut in La Liga back in 2012.
Llorente has made 59 appearances for the Whites across his two-and-a-half seasons with the club so far, and despite signing a new contract just six weeks ago, he admitted that he didn't think twice about going out on loan after falling down the pecking order under manager Jesse Marsch.

"When the possibility of coming to Roma was presented to me I did not need to think about it twice," Llorente told Roma's website after the deal had been announced.
"Coming here is a big step forward for me in my career and I want to make the most of this opportunity. Rome is beautiful, an incredible city, and I think it is almost impossible to find a better place to play football.
"The club is fighting to achieve great things on all fronts this season and I am ready to make my contribution towards that."
Llorente also issued a message to the Leeds supporters on his social media page, highlighting that despite his spell taking place across the continent, he hopes to keep the fans happy while he's playing in Italy.
He wrote: "I only have words of gratitude towards Leeds and their fans. Thank you for being by my side at all times! I wish you all the best for the remainder of the season. I will cheer you up from distance!
"MOT."
