Didier Deschamps has said France are managing the 'virus situation' as well as possible ahead of the World Cup final. Les Bleus are currently dealing with 'flu-like symptoms' in their squad and that's had a detrimental effect on their preparation for the final.
Raphael Varane and Ibrahima Konate, who both started in France's semi-final victory against Morocco earlier this week, did not train on Friday afternoon in Qatar, meaning they missed training less than two days before the World Cup final.
It's possible that Varane, who has played in every match bar France's game against Australia at the World Cup, could be a doubt for Sunday's match against Argentina, although Deschamps didn't give much away in his latest press conference.

The France manager said his staff are handling the situation as well as possible and that they will learn more information on Saturday.
"We make sure to manage the situation as well as possible," Deschamps said about the virus. "The players were sleeping when I left, I don't have the latest information. We are doing our best to manage calmly. There will be information today.
"I will have some tonight and until tomorrow to make sure we are ready for this big game."
France's goalkeeper Hugo Lloris added: "I have no more news than last night. You will certainly have more info by the next training. The virus, we are never prepared for this kind of thing. We try to prepare for the best of ways, quite simply.
"These are hazards for which we were not necessarily prepared, but that does not take away from the excitement we can have."
If Varane is given the green light regarding his health, he's set to start in the final.
