Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by a former employee, Phillip Pines, who claims he was forced to clean up after Diddy’s extravagant “Wild King Nights” parties. This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles Diddy is already facing a number of civil complaints and serious federal charges.
Pines, who worked as a senior executive assistant for Diddy from December 2019 to December 2021, alleges that he was essentially Diddy’s “personal lackey”.
According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, he was pressured into sexual situations and was tasked with preparing for parties that involved sex, drugs, and alcohol.
Pines claims he was responsible for setting up the party environment, which included arranging “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines”, per Variety. Diddy allegedly referred to these parties as “Wild King Nights”.
After the parties concluded, Pines alleges he had to clean up the aftermath — removing drug evidence and bodily fluids like blood or urine from hotel rooms and even deleting compromising videos from Diddy’s devices.
In one particularly disturbing incident outlined in the lawsuit, Pines states that Diddy pressured him to have sex with a female guest. Although he complied briefly, he left the situation feeling upset.
The lawsuit also mentions that during Diddy’s 51st birthday party, he allegedly exposed a celebrity guest to COVID-19 and witnessed a violent incident where Diddy kicked a guest in Miami.
Diddy’s legal team has responded to these latest allegations with strong denials. They told Variety, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
They emphasised that the judicial process will reveal the truth and expressed confidence in Diddy’s eventual vindication.
Currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on separate racketeering and sex trafficking charges, Diddy faces a trial set for May 2025. His representatives have consistently maintained that all of his sexual encounters were consensual.
