Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ legal troubles have taken another dark turn, with three more people coming forward to accuse the rap mogul of drugging and sexually assaulting them.
The allegations, which span from 2019 to 2022, paint a grim picture of a pattern of alleged behaviour that’s becoming all too familiar in the mounting cases against the hip-hop heavyweight.
Three anonymous men have lobbed separate lawsuits at Diddy, claiming he spiked their drinks and raped them at various locations, like his Hamptons mansion and hotels including the Park Hyatt, where he was also arrested this September.
The accusers, identified only as John Doe in court documents obtained by TMZ, say they were left disoriented after accepting drinks from Diddy, only to wake up mid-assault.
One accuser alleged the ordeal was caught on camera, with Diddy’s accomplice handing him $2,500 in hush money afterwards. The others admitted that they didn’t speak up about the incidents “due to fear and humiliation”.
Thomas Giuffra, the lawyer representing these men, told The Guardian the cases follow a “shockingly similar pattern” where Diddy would allegedly “drug the people, they would wake up while he was raping them, and afterwards they would be rushed out the door, receive threats from people who worked for Mr Combs, and be frightened into silence”.
Diddy’s legal team is denying the accusations, telling TMZ the complaints are “full of lies” and vowing to “prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him”.
These fresh allegations are just the latest in a tsunami of legal drama engulfing the rap mogul. Diddy’s awaiting trial at a Brooklyn detention centre, as he faces some seriously heavy charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution, from over 120 accusers.
A New York judge knocked back his bail request for the third time last month, deeming him a “serious risk” for witness tampering.
With Diddy’s trial set to start in May 2025, it’s clear this saga is far from over. As more accusers come forward and the legal battles intensify, the world watches on wondering what other alleged skeletons might tumble out of Diddy’s closet.
