As the WNBA has haphazardly introduced charter flights to the league, Phoenix Mercury superstar Diana Taurasi does not sound too impressed by the addition.
When asked about how the charter flights have gone for the Mercury this season for away games this week, Taurasi retorted with the kind of perfectly blunt response that we’ve come to love from the basketball legend.
Via the AP’s Doug Feinberg, she said that “it’s a plane.”
If that doesn’t make you at least smirk, we’re not sure what will.
Taurasi knows how to say a lot with just a little, as her comment summed up exactly how she feels about the whole ordeal.
