The Diamonds are set to take on England, Uganda and New Zealand in a revamped Netball Nations Cup in England in January.
Australia have never played Uganda on the international stage with head coach Stacey Marinkovich looking forward to a new challenge.
"We are excited to play Uganda for the first time and to come up against our traditional rivals in England and New Zealand," Marinkovich said.
The Diamonds are at the end of a stellar season after retaining the Constellation Cup against New Zealand, making a clean-sweep against South Africa and lifting the Netball World Cup.
It's the first time the Diamonds will play England since the World Cup final, and face another likely tough contest against the Silver Ferns who will be looking for revenge after the Constellation Cup defeat.
Marinkovich says it's a great opportunity for her team to work on combinations.
"We will continue to work on our combinations and depth against three of the world's top netball nations," Marinkovich said.
The Netball Nations Cup will begin on January 21 with the Diamonds' first fixture against New Zealand.
