Plans to build a £100m employment park in Greater Manchester which could create almost 900 jobs have been approved on appeal.
Glenbrook has been granted planning consent for the 625,000 sq ft development in Wigan.
Plans for the 40-acre site were originally submitted in July 2021 but was refused by local councillors in April last year.

An appeal was later lodged with The Planning Inspectorate in October before the decision to approve was granted.
Meridian 6 is to be built south east of Lancashire Industrial Estate in Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Dan Symonds, development manager at Glenbrook, said: "We are thrilled to receive the positive appeal decision from The Planning Inspectorate.
"Wigan has a clear pressing need for employment space, and delivery of this long standing allocated site will go some way in satisfying that demand."
The scheme has been designed by AEW Architects with SGi appointed as civil and structural engineers. Gerald Eve is the planning consultant for the project.
