HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) urged agencies concerned to develop greenery which includes lawns and landscaping on the premises of 31 new sewerage treatment plants.
These STPs have been built across Greater Hyderabad and its periphery.
On Wednesday, the HMWS&SB managing director, M Dana Kishore reviewed the progress of ongoing works of these 31 STPs at Khairatabad and asked agencies concerned to complete the works as per schedule. Vacant space at the newly-built STPs have to be utilized and converted into mini parks with greenery, said Dana Kishore.
