Jeff Daniels is a big supporter of the Detroit Lions. He put together a catchy tune a few years ago called “The Curse of Bobby Layne.”

On Tuesday, Daniels was a guest on “The Tonight Show.” He delivered a splendid rendition of the song as the NFC North champs get ready to face the Washington Commanders in a Divisional round game.

Daniels said to Jimmy Fallon, “Everywhere I go in Ford Field, the fans who have lived through decades of darkness and misery and suffering and pain, everywhere I go they go, ‘you broke the (expletive) curse, man!'”
