Police officers in Dundee have launched a public appeal to track down a missing Dundee teenager, who may have travelled as far afield as Dumbarton.
Cameron Lee Mackenzie, 15, was last seen on South Road in Dundee's Lochee area at around 1.30am on Friday, June 24. However, he hasn't been seen since.
Officers from Tayside and Argyll and Bute divisions have issued a joint appeal for information, after learning that the teenager may have links to the Dumbarton area and could have travelled there since disappearing. They have urged locals on both the east and west coast to report any information they may have that could trace the youngster.
Cameron is described as white, 5ft 11in in height and of slim build, with short dark brown hair.
When he was last seen he was wearing a black tracksuit top, grey tracksuit bottoms and black trainers, and was carrying a small black rucksack.
Inspector Martin Pattie, of Dundee's Lochee Police Station, has asked anyone with information to get in touch.
He said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Cameron. He was last seen in South Road, Dundee, at about half past one in the morning on Friday, June 24.
"Cameron also has links to the Dumbarton area.
"Any person with information that could help us trace Cameron is asked to call 101 quoting incident number PS-20220624-0291, or speak to any officer."
