A Derry animal rescue centre has launched a fresh adoption appeal for one unique resident.
Willow, a seven-month-old puppy, is deaf and is struggling to find her forever home.
Derry's Friends of Rescue are imploring the public not to be scared away by the idea of having a deaf dog in a fresh appeal for the young pup.

In a social media post, they said: "What is wrong with our wee Willow? She is amazing. Anyone would be lucky to have her.
"This beautiful girl is Willow, she is 7 months old and completely deaf.
"Being deaf is merely a clinical diagnosis and with a few adaptions at home, deaf dogs lead very full and normal life. She is happy, healthy and a typical pup.
"Willow has settled amazingly in foster and gets on incredibly well with the resident dog and cats. She is a clever wee cookie and is already picking up her commands with hand signals.
"Willow is a very sociable girl and will need to be rehomed where there is canine company, and an active family with no children under 10. Deaf experience is preferred as it would be so beneficial to her development."
Anyone interested in adopting Willow can contact Friends of Rescue on social media.
The organisation is completely foster-based, with all animals being placed into suitable foster homes for an assessment period and lots of TLC before they find their forever home.
Friends of Rescue have only unpaid volunteers and receive no government help. They rely entirely on public support to be able to continue to help animals in need.
