There are signs that the residential property market in Northern Ireland may be on the decline, with figures released this week showing a 1.8% decrease in average house prices across the region.
The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency released the figures for each council area this week, with the average house price in the Derry and Strabane area now £148,548
That represented a quarterly fall of 3.4%, although that figure remains 1.8% higher than this time last year.

On the other side of the council area, you can certainly get a bit more space for your money as this four bed semi detached will set you back around £152,000.
