Fire crews are battling a huge blaze at a derelict pub in Skelmersdale.
Emergency services were called to the former Toby Tavern, near Ashley Road, shortly after 5pm on Friday evening.
Massive flames and plumes of smoke can be seen from a distance as the fire takes over the empty building.

Six fire crews are currently at the scene and are attempting to bring the fire under control.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "At 17:18, six fire engines and an aerial ladder platform attended a derelict building fire on Ashley Road, Skelmersdale.
"The incident involved a derelict property that was well alight when crews arrived.
"No injuries have been reported. Crews currently remain in attendance."
Just before 7pm, they added: "Firefighting continues and we are likely to be in attendance for several hours."
Councillor James Upjohn said: "As an Ashurst ward councillor that also sits on planning I can assure you 100% that the LAST thing the council or your ward councillors want is to see this historical building up in flames.
"Cllr Yvonne Gagen, Cllr Janice Monaghan & I have all been vocal in our support for making sure any development of this site would protect the listed building which is iconic in Ashurst.
"It's an absolute disaster and I was only speaking to the case officer at WLBC about this very recently and her opinion was that the heritage of this building needed to be protected at all costs.
"I am absolutely gutted to see this burning this evening. I really hope some local residents will have CCTV footage of anyone in the area around the time the fire started.
"I called this in to planning because I was so worried that the heritage would be lost or minimised. I think it's a magnificent building and will do all I can to see that we don't lose it."
