It's no secret that Edinburgh's property market most definitely is not the cheapest, with some coming with an eye-watering price tag.
From historic and charming houses to incredible modern new-builds with rooftop views over the city, it's not uncommon for a site to be sold for over one million.
However, most would think that it would only be some seriously luxurious pads that would break the bank, but apparently parking spaces and garages will also set you back a fair whack.

Recently advertised on Rightmove, a derelict city centre garage had been put on the market, with the mews building needing some serious work.
However, despite only having the garage benefits of minimal power and light, the property is currently on the market for just under £150,000.
Said to have some serious potential if it was converted, the building is just a stone's throw away from the New Town on Chester Street, but currently only comes with a garage and small loft space.

"Located in a small lane off Chester Street the garage benefits from power and light and measures approximately 30’6 x 15’3, with a loft area above.
"The garage is accessed through the archway between numbers 10 and 12 Chester Street."
