Derek Chisora has called out Deontay Wilder by telling him he wants to "taste that power" ahead of a potential heavyweight clash.
The British heavyweight suffered a brutal defeat to Joseph Parker back in December last year where he managed to survive the distance despite being knocked down twice.
He has shown a bullish defiance when questioned about potential retirement and has been paired previously with Wilder by his promoter Eddie Hearn.
Chisora has now reiterated his previous claim to face Wilder and has emphasised his willingness to travel to America if any potential clash can be staged.
“I’m a big fan of the Bronze Bomber, but before you hang them up, man, let me taste that power, baby,” Chisora told SecondsOut “I wanna come to America and have a war with you, brother.
“Let's rock and roll, baby. You know, I wanna taste that power. People always say he’s got power. But you know what I don’t think so. If you get this message, let me know. Vegas, or you come to Wembley, baby. I bring it to him. War. That's it.”
Hearn initially paired Chisora with Wilder after his defeat against Parker with the American uncertain whether to continue his boxing career after losing to Tyson Fury.
The British star has shared the ring with some of the best fighter's in the division including Fury and Vitali Klitschko but is adamant that he can still provide entertainment for the fans.
Chisora's trainer Dave Coldwell has insisted that he will not work with the British star if he chooses to take a test with Wilder after fears over his safety.
Wilder has been offered a number of opportunities if he opts to make a comeback which include a contest with leading title contender Parker.
The 36-year-old has bizarrely suggested he could take a psychedelic potion to decide his future after holding previous crunch talks with his trainer Malik Scott.

Despite his previous claims at staging a bout, Hearn has made a u-turn on promoting a clash between Wilder and Chisora, instead preferring a meeting with Luis Ortiz.
He told talkSPORT : "It was only a throwaway comment from me saying if the fight went four or five rounds, I think he’d beat Wilder.
It’s obviously a very dangerous fight [against Wilder]. There’s been a few talks about Chisora against Luis Ortiz, with those guys. and I like that fight.
“Chisora against [Chris] Arreola. Chisora against Zhang Zhilei. He’s never in a bad fight and he wants to fight. He wants the biggest fights out there and we’re trying to find him one.”
Wilder is currently recovering after breaking his hand during a devastating defeat to Fury back in October which heightened speculation over his future.
However his manager Shelly Finkel later claimed he would pursue a return and was eyeing a clash with Anthony Joshua after their near-misses in the past.
