Denise Van Outen has been recalling experiences like sleeping in bed with Sophie Dahl, rowing with supermodels Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss and flashing Prince Charles.
Denise claims Kate, 48, called her a 'b*tch' after an awkward meeting, and Naomi, 51, got a jab to the ribs, after flirting her partner at the time.
The former Big Breakfast presenter, 47, looks back on the 'one long, glorious party' that was the 90s for her latest memoir, A Bit Of Me: From Basildon To Broadway And Back.
In the explosive autobiography, the mum-of-one also reveals how Friends star Matthew Perry once pursued her romantically.
Denise claims see caught the eye of the Chandler Bing actor, who went on to leave her a voicemail asking her out, but she was dating Jamiroquai singer Jay Kay at the time.
Reflecting on her relationship with Virtual Insanity singer - who she was engaged to until their split in 2001 - the TV presenter says their romance was a whirlwind of "Concordses, private jets and arriving at Glastonbury in a helicopter".
The former couple met at Silverstone race track in 1998, where Denise interviewed the singer, but they never quite made it down the aisle together.
Denise and Jay, 52, were often pictured at celebrity haunts during their time together, mingling with fellow stars and famous faces.
Looking back on her partying era, Denise writes in her new book: "I have such good memories of those days. Things felt a lot more open and freer in many ways. It's undoubtedly true that, good or bad, people got away with a lot more as far as partying went."
Writing about one of her favourite bars from the time, The Met - which was in the Metropolitan Hotel in Mayfair - the Celebrity Gogglebox star explains how she would often book a hotel room so the party could continue into the early hours.
One night, while crashing at the luxury hotel, Denise shares an anecdote involving model Sophie Dahl knocking on her door as she needed a place to stay.
"We ended up topping and tailing, and I remember her feet hanging over the end of the bed because she was so tall," the TV star remembers in her new book.
While Denise may have got on well enough with Sophie to share a bed with her, that wasn't the case with some of the other famous supermodels of the time.
Speaking about the time she met Kate Moss, the presenter recalls the catwalk legend wasn't too pleased to see her back in 2010.
After being introduced by mutual friend David Walliams, Kate was allegedly already acquainted with Denise - apparently telling her: "I know who you are . . . you're the bitch in pigtails."
Denise initially assumed there had been a mix-up, and Kate had confused her with someone else, but a pal later informed her they had previously met in Ibiza.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star says she can't remember what she could have done to offend the model.
Kate wasn't the only supermodel Denise had a run in with back in the day.
In her memoir, the star recalls the time she spotted Naomi Campbell getting cosy with her then-boyfriend Jay.
After spotting the pair flirting - with Naomi sat on the singer's knee - Denise says she reacted by 'jabbing' the model in the ribs.
"Suddenly, the feisty Essex girl in me rose up, and I walked over to where Jay was sitting. 'Would you mind getting off my fella's lap?', I said," she writes.
"But Naomi took no notice. I jabbed her in the ribs. Jay was mortified but I think Naomi got the message: Don't mess with an Essex bird!"
Denise's memoir comes as she jokes she's had to rewrite parts of it, following her split from fiancé Eddie Boxshall over claims of cheating.
The former couple - who had been together for seven years - parted ways at the start of the year, after it was reported Eddie had been sending saucy messages to other women.
