NEW DELHI: As a pre-emptive measure, South Delhi Municipal Corporation has established a 15-bedded dengue care facility.
“SDMC has set up a 15-bedded treatment facility at Tilak Nagar Colony Hospital to control dengue, malaria and chikungunya cases in the city,” an official statement said on Friday.
The facility will have intensive care unit support, which will be available round the clock for patients suffering from vector-borne diseases. The arrangements have been made considering more favourable conditions for spike in dengue and malaria cases.
