Denbighshire nightclub up for sale after closing over Christmas

A nightclub in Denbighshire that closed last month has been put up for sale.

The Gravity Bar - formerly Devine and Pot Black - shut down just before Christmas.

Now the site in Lenten Pool, Denbigh, has been put on the market for £250,000.

Rhodri Sellers, a director with estate agent Monopoly Buy Sell Rent, said: "The site has great potential - we have already had people in touch about alternative uses.

"There is also the possibility of it continuing as a club, it was only open three nights a week so there is the potential to do more there."

The site includes two bars, a dance floor and DJ booth. It had been open as Gravity for around 18 months.

A spokesman added: "Monopoly Buy Sell Rent are pleased to offer this well-established commercial licensed premises which is currently being used as a nightclub.

"The property is located in the heart of the market town of Denbigh, close to all local shops and amenities.
