Demi Moore, 58, sparks plastic surgery rumours with 'unrecognisable' face on runway

Demi Moore has sparked rumours that she's had plastic surgery done after she looked very different on the runway.

The Ghost star, 58, walked in the Fendi show at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday, sporting a look that some called "unrecognisable".

She looked suitably glam in a black off-the-shoulder jacket with long sleeves and matching trousers, which she donned with an enormous pair of earrings.

But fans noticed there was something very different about her face, as her cheekbones looked much more defined.

Many took to Twitter to discuss her new look, with one tweeting: "No WAY this is her face now???????"

"That's not Demi! I refuse to believe," another posted.

A third wrote: "She was always a gorgeous woman. I hope whatever she did is temporary."

"Oh Demi. You didn't need to do this to your face," a fourth said.

Another agreed: "Man, I love Demi Moore. People are entitled to do what they want when it comes to cosmetic surgery. But… what?"

"I genuinely did not recognise her!" a sixth said.

The Mirror has contacted Demi's reps and is awaiting comment.

Demi has previously insisted that she hasn’t had plastic surgery

The actress was regularly accused of having upwards of £200,000 worth of plastic surgery in the early naughties.

Demi said in a 2007 interview with Marie Claire: "I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the aging process — it's a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won't make you happy."

She said she would "never judge those who have," adding: "If it's the best thing for them, then I don't see a problem."

But in 2010 she admitted she'd had surgery, but not on her face.

"I have had something done but it's not on my face," she told Elle.
