Delta Airlines has confirmed that the aircraft that crashed at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport was carrying a total of 80 people. The flight consisted of 76 passengers and four crew members, indicating that the flight was at full capacity when the incident occurred.

According to aviation correspondents, the aircraft involved in the crash was a CRJ900, a common configuration on Delta flights. Delta Airlines has stated that they are actively reaching out to customers who were traveling to, from, or through Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
