A Dublin food delivery driver was nabbed after breaking a red light by gardai last night.
Gardai on patrol in the city centre witnessed the motorcyclist, zooming through a red light on Saturday night. Gardai quickly pulled over the motorcyclist, who also had no licence or insurance.
Gardai say that the driver was "providing food delivery services" at the time. Gardai impounded the motorcycle, and court proceedings are to follow for the driver.
Taking to social media, the Garda Traffic Twitter wrote in a post: "Not so fast food! Uninsured and unlicensed motorcyclist stopped after breaking a red light in the City Centre last night by Gardai from Store Street on patrol #keepingpeoplesafe.
