New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party Supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of hatching a conspiracy to manipulate voters of slum areas.

'Massive conspiracy against slum dwellers'
In a video message addressed to slum dwellers of the national capital, Kejriwal made shocking allegation before the elections scheduled for Feb 5, saying: "Their (BJP) workers are going door-to-door, asking voters to ‘take Rs 3000, the Election Commission personnel will provide you home voting facility. They are telling people to stay home and get your finger inked. Hearing this gave me chills because this is a massive conspiracy against you."

"If you even mistakenly take money and get ink applied, they will file slap false cases against you and you could go behind the bars," he added in the video message.
