New Delhi: Ex-Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday promised to make a scheme to extend the benefits of free electricity and water to tenants in the national capital, if party returned to power.
'They are deprived of schemes'
"Wherever I go, I meet people living on rent who appreciate Delhi's schools and hospitals but complained that they are deprived of free electricity and water schemes," Kejriwal said while addressing a press conference.

'To make scheme'
"We will make a policy after the polls to insure that tenants, many of whom belong to the Purvanchal region, will also get the benefits of free electricity and water," he further added.
Polls
All 70 seats of the National Capital will go to polls on February 5 while the outcome of the polls to be announced on Feb 8.
