Addressing a gathering, Kejriwal announced that the Delhi government would fund the Dalit students who have secured admission in foreign varsities if AAP retured to power in Delhi.

Kejriwal also accused Union Home Minister Amit Shah of insulting Dr BR Ambedkar and said he and crores of followers of the Ambedkar were hurt by Shah's statement.

The announcement has come ahead of the Delhi Assembly Polls. It is pertinent to mention that the election is due early next year.
