Motorists are warned to expect delays and disruption when a Coatbridge road shuts for five days late next week.
Carriageway resurfacing will see Blane Street in Coatbridge close from Gartsherrie Road to 10m north of the road between 8am on October 21 and 6pm on October 25.
Diversions will include West George Street, the B804 Coltswood Road and Sunnyside Road.
And Coatbridge’s Burleigh Street will be shut from 8am to 6pm on October 30.
This is for ironwork repairs between Blackness Street and Howes Street.
The latter two roads, along with Neidpath Avenue, Tweed Street, Hagmill Road, the A725 Whifflet Street, Dunottar Avenue and Rosehall Avenue will be available as alternative routes.
