Dejan Kulusevski is in contention for Tottenham's Champions League game at home to Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday after returning to squad training this morning.
The forward, a key player for Antonio Conte's side, has been missing since returning from last month's internationals with a hamstring strain.
He returned to working outside on Monday and was part of open training with the squad on Tuesday, suggesting he could be fit to return against the Europa League holders or in Saturday's home game against Everton.
Spurs struggled to create clear chances without Kulusevski in the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal and 0-0 draw in Frankfurt last week, and Conte changed formation for the 1-0 win over Brighton, with Yves Bissouma starting as a fifth midfielder against his former club.
The head coach must decide whether to stick with the new system against Frankfurt tomorrow night or else restore Kulusevski or Richarlison to the front three.
Harry Kane has been nursing a sore ankle since the win at the Amex but is set to be fit tomorrow night.
“It was just a knock," Kane said. "I got a touch on the ball and he’s just smashed me on the back of the ankle. Just a knock, no twist or anything like that. So should be good to go in midweek."
Lucas Moura, who Conte said would be out long-term with a tendon injury last week, was also a surprise addition to training on Tuesday, while Japhet Tanganga was present having missed last week's games through injury.
