Dehydration Solution: Try This Refreshing Summer Drink for Instant Energy!

New Delhi: The moment summer season comes, the issue of insufficient water in the body i.e. dehydration begins to rise. Because of intense sunlight, sweating and disruption of electrolytes in the body, issues such as fatigue, dizziness, headache and weakness become frequent.

If you also desire to remain fresh and hydrated during summer days, then today we have presented for you the recipe of such a healthy and delicious drink, which will not only satisfy thirst but will also supply necessary nutrients to the body.

Ingredients

1 glass cold water

1 teaspoon lemon juice

5-6 basil leaves

1 pinch of rock salt

1 teaspoon honey or jaggery water (as per taste)

Few drops of mint juice

Method of preparation

First of all, take water in a vessel and add lemon juice to it.

Mash the basil leaves with your hands and mix them so that the juice dissolves well in the water.

Now add rock salt and honey or jaggery to it and stir well.

If you want, you can make it even more refreshing by adding a few drops of mint juice.

Chill this beverage and consume it in the morning and afternoon.
