Prosecutors have completed their closing arguments in the Hunter Biden case, with the defense team now beginning their presentation. During the proceedings, Abbe Lowell, a member of the defense team, emphasized the importance of ensuring that Hunter Biden is not wrongfully convicted.
Lowell stressed the significance of the concept of reasonable doubt, stating that it is not merely based on suspicion or conjecture. He highlighted that the burden of proof in the case is very high and urged the jury to carefully consider this as they deliberate.
“With this very high burden, it’s time to end this case,” Lowell stated, indicating the defense team's confidence in their position.
