It doesn't get hotter than this. Three beautiful and talented actresses are being hotly considered to star in the Hrithik Roshan-Jr NTR starrer 'War 2'. As things stand today, it will be either Deepika Padukone or Alia Bhatt or Sharvari Wagh. A final call is soon going to be taken depending on the date availability of the three ladies.
The film is not being directed by Siddharth Anand whose plans have apparently changed after the Shah Rukh Khan-led blockbuster 'Pathaan'. Both, 'War' and 'Pathaan' are franchises of Yash Raj Films (YRF). A few days ago, we at ETimes brought you the news that Ayan Mukerji will wield the megaphone for 'War 2'.
A source says, "The second part of 'War 2' is going to be even more thrilling than its first part. The pre-production work has begun."
Adds the source, "The consideration and the zeroing down on the three names that are being considered for the female lead's role has created quite a buzz in the YRF office."
All three- Deepika, Alia, Sharvari- would feel thrilled at this offer as and when it goes to them, that is, if it still hasn't.
'War 2' is expected to go on floors by the end of this year. An official announcement on the female lead may soon be in the offing.
