Declan Rice is one of the most sought-after midfielders in Europe. The West Ham captain has been strongly linked with a move to Arsenal since January, with the Gunners keen to bolster Mikel Arteta's midfield.
West Ham are expected to demand close to £100million for the England international, with them in no rush to cash in on the 24-year-old after securing their Premier League status. football.london understands the box-to-box ace is at the top of Edu Gaspar's list ahead of the summer, with Granit Xhaka's imminent exit likely to prompt the move.

Arsenal are not alone in their pursuit of Rice. Chelsea and Manchester United have both been linked with the Hammers star, with him all-but certain to leave David Moyes' side at the end of the season. Manchester City are also keen, too, and if Rice moved to the Etihad Stadium he would be able to link up with his pal from the England squad, Jack Grealish.
Man City supporters have urged Rice to join Pep Guardiola's side at the Etihad Stadium after noticing his comment on Grealish's latest Instagram post. The former Aston Villa man posted an image of him kissing the Premier League trophy after receiving his second medal on Sunday afternoon. Alongside a series of congratulations in the comments, Rice wrote: "Picture is *goat emoji*, congrats brother".
Rice's comments have sent City fans into a frenzy, with them doing their utmost to bring the midfielder to Manchester. Here is what some of them have had to say...
