Declan Rice has sent fans into a wild transfer craze after a video emerged of the West Ham star appearing to send the subtlest of hints online. It comes just one day after he sent Gunners supporters into meltdown after responding to Bukayo Saka's Instagram post confirming his new deal.
The 24-year-old is a priority target for Mikel Arteta's side this summer with Arsenal keen to add a defensive midfielder to their squad as they prepare to go one step further domestically next season and also balance that with a Champions League campaign.
Given he will have just over 12 months on his contract heading into the transfer window, the Hammers are expected to cash in on their star player despite his starring role in leading them to the Europa Conference League final. Although David Moyes and his followers hold up hope that European success could tie him to the club, Arsenal are ready to prize him away.

As a player with more than 200 league appearances and 40 international caps, Rice is one of the best in his role worldwide and therefore is attracting plenty of interest. Chelsea have long been sniffing around his camp but have no European football to offer him.
Meanwhile, former Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is believed to have taken his personal admiration to Bayern Munich as the Bavarian giants also join the queue to secure his signature. It is the German links that have set fans onto their latest theory now.
In a TikTok posted by West Ham, Rice is greeted by the social media team before he responds: "Guten morgen...guten morgen." He then walks off to start training but fans couldn't escape the feeling that his German 'good morning' message had more behind it than meets the eye.
For some, it was more than just a coincidence that Rice chose to respond in a new language on the day that Sky Germany reported that the Bundesliga side are in contact with his family.
"Declan Rice saying "Guten Morgen" he's already learning German to communicate with his Bayern teammates," wrote one hopeful Bayern fan. Meanwhile, a West Ham fan dug a bit deeper, writing: "Arsenal fans, Mesut Ozil once played for you, he was a German international player between 2009 & 2018. Ozil also played for Arsenal between 2013 & 2021. Ozil is fluent in German. Declan Rice, in this piece of Media SPEAKS German. Declan Rice to Arsenal confirmed?"
