Declan Rice price tag revealed as Arsenal lead Chelsea and Man Utd in race for summer transfer

West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice is Arsenal's priority for the summer transfer window, football.london understands.

But the Hammers have valued their captain at £120 million, according to Sky Sports. It is claimed that the east London side will also accept an offer of £100 million plus a player for the 24-year-old, who's most likely destination is said to be the Gunners despite interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.

Rice has made it no secret of his desire to play in the UEFA Champions League sooner rather than later, a competition that Mikel Arteta's side will be in next season. “One hundred per cent I want to play in the Champions League,” the England international said a little less than six months ago.

"For the last two or three years I’ve been saying that. I’ve been playing consistently well for my club and I feel like I really want to keep pushing.

"I see my friends here who are playing Champions League and for big trophies. You only get one career and at the end you want to look back at what you’ve won and the biggest games you’ve played in.”

Rice will be into the final 12 months of his contract at the London Stadium this summer, although the Hammers have the option of extending it for a further year.
