Declan Rice's future will almost certainly be a hot topic in the summer transfer window amid links to Arsenal, Chelsea as well as Manchester United.
The England international has long been tipped to leave West Ham United and it's been widely reported an exit will happen at the end of the season with the Gunners, according to The Times, making the 24-year-old their top target with there being a "growing confidence" they could get a deal done.
However, any potential deal will be an expensive one. In fact, Hammers manager David Moyes has already indicated what it will take for the club to cash in on their captain by saying: "Undoubtedly Declan is going to be a top player, he'll be a British transfer record if he ever leaves West Ham."

This statement comes at a time when it's been reported that Man United had a £100m offer for Rice turned down last summer and considering Enzo Fernandez holds the British transfer record after completing a £106.8m move to Chelsea on deadline day, Arsenal may have to bid in that region in order to land the midfielder.
Despite football.london recently highlighting the Gunners' transfer policy of not being dragged into a bidding war, nor overpaying for players - which ultimately saw them miss out on the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk last month - many supporters are convinced Rice would be worth every penny.
This theory is largely based on the midfielder's performance for West Ham in their 1-1 draw against Newcastle United at the weekend where @CKftbl uploaded a near two-and-a-half-minute clip to Twitter of Rice's best bits at St James' Park and it's safe to say calls for his arrival at the Emirates Stadium are getting even louder.
@MuhsinFarah said: "I really need him at Arsenal next season", @Toyinharbeehola said: "We need him next summer", @Sir_001 said: "Bring him to the Emirates @Arsenal", @Under25s said: "I’m so moved, I don’t care what he’ll cost, BRING HIMMMMMMM" and @FPL_Canc3lo said: "Class DM bring him to the carpet."
It remains to be seen if the aforementioned fans get their wish of Rice improving Arsenal's midfield in the summer, but the club, as things stand, are on course to meet one of the England star's conditions of competing in European football's elite competition next season.
Something the 24-year-old has gone on record stating is his dream: "One hundred per cent I want to play in the Champions League. For the last two or three years I’ve been saying that," he previously said. "I’ve been playing consistently well for my club and I feel like I really want to keep pushing.
"I see my friends here who are playing Champions League and for big trophies. You only get one career and at the end you want to look back at what you’ve won and the biggest games you’ve played in."
