Dame Deborah James has shared her disbelief as sales have soared to half a million pounds for her slogan T-shirt topping up her total Bowel Babe fundraising feet to a staggering £6.5million.
The hero campaigner set her sights on raising £250K for Cancer Research UK with a collab clothing range with online retailer InTheStyle with 100 per cent of the profits going to charity.
But she has told that sales of her T-Shirts which have the slogan 'Rebellious Hope' emblazoned across them, have alone doubled that amount as she thanks everyone who has supported her campaign.
Sharing to Instagram she penned: "I can’t believe the Rebellious Hope tshirt has now reached over £500,000 - yes half a million pounds! I'm so grateful to all of you & the @inthestyle team for your incredible support!
She added to fans: "What’s your favourite item from the collection?! Let me know below!"
The newly honoured dame earlier in the post shared her joy that her daughter Eloise had designed her most popular item with a Tutu skirt.
In a garden photo shoot she called Eloise her ‘mini me’ as she shared a post of her modelling a tee.
She said: “Designed for my beautiful dancing, ballet loving mini me, my daughter, Eloise.”
Debs, who recently visited The Chelsea Flower Show to see a rose named after her, has pledged to wear a a different dress each day.
She said: “From now until I die, I'm wearing a different dress each day. Sounds slightly odd and morbid but I'm enjoying it so much.”
The collection with InTheStyle is available to pre-order until 8am on Monday, with 100 per cent of the profits going to Bowel Babe for Cancer Research UK.
Her post was accompanied with the image of her looking stunning in a bright red dress and in the throws of laughter, as followers flocked to praise her as inspirational.
TV presenter Gaby Roslin posted: "The designs are so beautiful and you look incredible my darling Deborah."
Another added: "Wearing my Rebellious hope T Shirt as I type …..You truly look amazing in them all.. Can’t decide."
A third penned: "You look so vibrant in your collection. The whole collection is just gorgeous."
And her launch also had a nod from Royalty as Prince William headed to her parent's home in Woking, Surrey to present her with a Damehood for raising millions for charity.
In a video announcing the news on her Instagram, the charity fundraiser admitted she'd been living a “hybrid” life of working between home and the hospital.
She added: “We made it, we got it done. I was enjoying it. It was kind of bringing me to life, it was giving me something else to think about.”
Deborah announced her body "simply isn't playing ball" earlier this month, revealing she would no longer be having active bowel cancer treatment.
The fearless campaigner has even helped launch a Deborah James inspired loo roll to help warn of five signs of bowel cancer.
Yesterday, she said: "My story isn’t one of sadness, it’s a celebration of getting to live for five years with incurable cancer, I’ve been so lucky.
"I owe my five years to the team at The Royal Marsden who told me they would throw the kitchen sink at my cancer, and never gave up.
"In my final days, I am so grateful to have the peace of knowing that we tried everything, they left no stone unturned.
"They gave me precious more time with my husband, my children and my family, and for that we will all be forever grateful."
Debs captured hearts and inspired millions with honest account of the disease, her Sun columns and BBC podcast You, Me and the Big C.
