Is Debenhams still trading?
Yes, Debehams closed its stores so it is now an online department store instead. It was acquired by the Boohoo Group in 2021 and still sells all your favourites from homeware, fashion and beauty.

Debenhams doesn't have a phone number but you can contact them via Apple Messages, Twitter and Facebook or you can email customer services via the website.
What is Debenhams return policy?
If you need to return an order, you can do it for free and have 28 days to send an item from the day you receive it. To organise a return, pack your items into their original packaging and log into the returns portal on the Debenhams website using your email address and order number. You then need to choose your preferred return option and post the return back to Debenhams. It's important that you have proof of postage should you have any issues. Once Debenhams receives your return you will be sent a confirmation email, followed by another email to confirm the refund.
If the item you have ordered is from a concession, use the label sent with your order to send the item back to the seller.
Does Debenhams offer student discount?
Yes, Debenhams offers 10% student discount with Student Beans valid on selected brands. Simply register and verify your student status with Student Beans on the Debenhams website and you'll be given instant access to the student discount code, which can be applied when you check out your order.
How much is Debenhams Unlimited?
Debenhams Unlimited gives you free UK next day delivery for £9.50 for one year (the usual cost is £18.99). So, if you're a regular customer you can get your order quicker. When next day delivery isn't possible free UK standard delivery will be applied instead. You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing to Debenhams Unlimited by contacting customer services and a full refund will be issued if you haven't made any purchases using Debenhams Unlimited delivery. Once a purchase has been made you can't cancel the subscription.
Can I get free delivery at Debenhams?
If you have Debenhams Unlimited you get free UK next day delivery (where eligible) for a flat fee of £9.50 for one year. If not, UK standard delivery is £3.99 per order and takes 3-5 working days. UK next working day if ordered before 11pm is £5.49 per order. Northern Ireland standard delivery is £3.99 per order and takes 3-5 working days. UK express delivery is £5.49 and takes 1-2 working days.
