Police are treating the deaths of a brother and sister in Thamesmead as a suspected murder-suicide.
Michelle Mileham, 51, and Gordon Mileham, 53, were found dead after officers were called to a property on Holstein Way on March 11.
A post-mortem examination concluded that the pair, who were named by the Metropolitan Police on Tuesday, both died from stab injuries, the force said.
Ms Mileham's death is being treated as murder, while Mr Mileham's death is not being treated as suspicious.
The Met said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with their deaths.
Their next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
An inquest is due to open at Croydon Coroner's Court on April 10.
