DeAndre Hopkins open to a return to Texans

While the Arizona Cardinals have moved on from receiver DeAndre Hopkins. The team announced his release before the holiday weekend and the coaches have turned the page, moving forward with the guys on the roster now.

But many are intrigued about where Hopkins will end up and how much money he will get in a new contract.

In what might be a bit of a surprise, he is open to a return to the Houston Texans, according to the Houston Chronicle’s Brooks Kubena.

Hopkins has said he seeks three things in a new team — stable management, a quarterback who loves the game and a great defense.

The Texans are expected to struggle in 2023 with a rookie quarterback in C.J. Stroud, selected second overall in the 2023 draft.

Hopkins started his career playing seven seasons for the Texans before he was traded to the Cardinals in 2020.

The Bills and the Chiefs are the favorites to land Hopkins currently.

An offer for Cardinals fans
