DeAndre Hopkins signing with the New England Patriots isn’t so crazy now that he’s a free agent and the team is reportedly pursuing him on the open market.
On Monday. there was even more smoke to that fire after the five-time Pro Bowl receiver uploaded a video of the team to his Instagram story.
The video came from a gym replaying footage from Super Bowl LI, when the Patriots completed the greatest comeback in NFL history to knock off the Atlanta Falcons and win the championship.
Of course, Tom Brady was the quarterback at the time. So it was a completely different team than it is now with Mac Jones under center.
Was Hopkins simply giving a nod to the greatest quarterback that ever lived, or was he teasing interest in joining the Patriots currently?
