A deal has saved all jobs at a steak restaurant in the centre of Liverpool after the company behind it entered liquidation.
Churrasco Steakhouse's site in Paradise Street had been run by Holbeck Limited since it first opened its doors in October 2021.
The restaurant is based in the former George’s Great British Kitchen site which closed in September last year. The premises provides a bar and approximately 85 covers.

Mark Colman and Lisa Ion from Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group were appointed joint liquidators to Holbeck Limited on September 8, 2022.
In a statement, the liquidators confirmed they had successfully negotiated a sale of the assets with the company's director.
This has allowed the director to offer continued employment to staff, safeguarding 18 jobs.
Holbeck Limited's sole director was Graeme Parry who is also the only director of Liverpool-based G P Steakhouse Limited, which was incorporated in July this year, as well as GP Restaurants Liverpool Limited.
Lisa Ion said: "The sale of the assets has resulted in a positive outcome for all employees who have been transferred to a new business."
Churrasco Steakhouse also operates a second venue in Aigburth Road, near Lark Lane, which is unaffected.
