A Post Office branch in Daybrook has been temporarily closed due to 'personal reasons'.
At the store on Sherbrook Road, the shutters are firmly shut and there is no sign of activity there.
It left Post Office users questioning what was going on, as the shutters were in place from March 10 with no explanation on the front of the shop as to why.
But the retail post office company has since explained to Nottinghamshire Live that the branch is temporarily closed for just under a month, explaining that it's because of 'personal reasons'.
A Post Office spokesperson said: "Daybrook Post Office is short-term temporarily closed for personal reasons.
"The branch closed on March 10 and it is due to re-open on April 4.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
"In the interim, alternative branches include Beckhampton Road, Elmbridge, Arnold, Andover Road and Sherwood."
