Former Arsenal and England goalkeeper David Seaman has revealed the dangerous combination that Newcastle United possess that could propel them to the next level this season.
The Magpies enjoyed a comfortable opening day victory over Nottingham Forest at St. James' Park, with goals from Fabian Schar and Callum Wilson enough to give Eddie Howe's side a winning start to the campaign.
And whilst the plaudits were all for the performances of Allan Saint-Maximin and Bruno Guimaraes, Seaman picked out a different duo that could bring success to the club, one that combines both the fans, and the players.

Speaking on his podcast, 'Seaman Says', the 58-year-old said: "When you get a Newcastle team that is playing with confidence, plus the fans, that is a dangerous Newcastle."
The opening game of the 2022/23 Premier League season was seen by more than 52,000 spectators inside St. James' Park, with Newcastle's home form towards the back end of last season a large contributor to their 11th-placed finish and highest points tally in the top flight since 2013/14.
The Magpies won 30 of their 49 points at home last season, with seven of their eight home wins coming from the turn of the year, only losing to second-placed Liverpool during the second part of the season.
Against Nottingham Forest, new signings Nick Pope and Sven Botman made their competitive home debuts whilst Matt Targett made his return to Tyneside following his loan from Aston Villa last season.
Whilst Howe's side have been one of the quieter sides in the transfer market this season, Seaman expressed his excitement for the project they are building at Newcastle, and claimed that a lot of football fans do have a soft spot for the Magpies.
"People are still waiting to see how many more players they are going to bring in or how many players they are allowed to bring in," Seaman added.
"But, for me, I am looking forward to see how it develops. A lot of football fans have got a soft spot for Newcastle."
