West Ham United manager David Moyes has revealed that three players are back in training ahead of the weekend’s Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest.
The Reds make the journey down to the London Stadium on Saturday as they look to pull further away from the bottom three positions in the Premier League. There are currently five points between Forest in 13th and 18th placed West Ham.
Steve Cooper ’s side go into the game with a number of players unavailable due to injury. Full-back Serge Aurier was the latest to be added to what seems like an ever growing list, with Cooper confirming that he will be out for three to four weeks after picking up an injury in the closing stages of the 1-1 draw against Manchester City.

Forest have a total of 11 players on the list. Although both Jesse Lingard and Ryan Yates have returned to training and could be available for the game against the Hammers.
The injury situation is better at the London Stadium with three players doubts for the game. Winger Maxwel Cornet has been out since October with a calf injury, while defender Kurt Zouma has missed the last five games in all competitions with a hamstring problem.
Ahead of the game, Moyes has confirmed that the duo are now back in training, meaning that they could be in contention to face Forest. The West Ham boss also gave an update on midfielder Lucas Paqueta.
"Kurt Zouma is back in training, Maxwel Cornet is back in training,” he said in his pre-match press conference. “Lucas Paqueta is doing a little bit.
“They're probably the main ones who have been injured. I've got an idea of what I'm going to do.”
The Hammers boss also gave an update on the fitness of January signing Danny Ings who has been used as a substitute in all four of his West Ham appearances so far.
"I think Danny Ings is getting fit now. He got an injury in his first game after 30 seconds,” he said. “If you look at our injuries this season, it's quite incredible really. We've had injuries right from the start. Getting Danny fit now is really important to us and we want Danny to show us what he can do.
"Danny Ings' reputation speaks for itself. He's scored goals at every club he's played for and I hope he can replicate that here. He's getting closer to readiness now. He's settling in. He's here for a few years on his contract and we want to make sure he's ready to play."
