West Ham United manager David Moyes has told his players he will be looking at the colours of his players eyes after defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon.
Second half goals from Emerson Royal and Heung-Min Son at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium keeps West Ham 18th and a point shy of safety after losing 2-0 to their London rivals.
After five points from their last three games ahead of kick-off, a defeat on the same weekend where Everton, Bournemouth and Southampton all won saw Moyes’ men drop into the bottom three.

Asked about the fact that his side are now back in the relegation zone, Moyes has challenged his players to show fight in training ahead of next Saturday’s game with Nottingham Forest after a derby defeat to Spurs.
“I’ve not even thought about it yet but I do know that I’ll be looking to the players, seeing the colour of their eyes in the next week,” said Moyes. “I can imagine what the colour of mine will be.
The defeat was West Ham’s joint-heaviest of the season in all competitions, but already their 13th of the season in England’s top-flight.
