David Haye has shared a shirtless picture of himself posing in the sun alongside Una Healy and Sian Osborne, both wearing bikinis, to Instagram.
The snap shows the trio posing on a beach as the former The Saturdays singer Una and Sian stand arm-in-arm with the British boxer.
In a post appearing to confirm his "throuple" relationship status, he wrote: "Happy Valentine's Day to the beautiful Queens in my life, making my world a better place to live in!"
The picture was taken during their recent trip to Costa Rica with the "throuple" celebrating Sian's birthday during the romantic holiday.
After the former boxer posted the tribute, he shared two further Valentine's Day messages to Instagram stories.
He posted a picture, which appears to also have been taken in Costa Rica, of himself and Sian with the words: "Happy Valentines @sian.rosemarie."
The next image is of David with The Saturdays singer both sporting matching black outfits with the caption: "Happy Valentines @unahealy."
In a separate post shared to his Instagram feed on Tuesday, David boasted of "constant energy" as he showed off his impressive physique.
He captioned the topless picture: "I'm 42 years old. Under 10% body fat. 98kg. Constant energy from 5am to 9.30pm. Feel like I'm 30 again...All the while consuming less than 50g of carbs a day!"
Una hinted at the three-way relationship in her own Valentine's post.
She posted a photo of handmade Valentine's Day cards from her children alongside a card that cheekily teased her "throuple" with Sian and David.
The card featured a cartoon of a glass of orange juice with two slices of orange and the caption: "I'd be nothing without you!"
Last month, the British boxer finally addressed his relationship status during an appearance at the Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith fight.
He said: '" like to keep my private life private. I let people in through my social media a little bit, but what I do behind closed doors is between me and the girls involved."
Speculation that the trio are in a "throuple" has continued to grow following a series of snaps posted to social media of David, Sian and Una together.
